So a thought occurs, why hasn't there been a movie that's been violent Gorey enough for me? Any movie suggestions?

seen it, loved it, but violence wise. I mean there's a lot of different kinds of violence, I'm looking for something I can't stomach, grotesque wise. I guess I should have said Gorey films.
