I should update more.

I think most dont know I quit smoking back in Oct 08 no patch or anything and been going pretty good. Not a whole lot going on til fest. Gig coming up next week. Been woking on my guitars and just laying low.

WAY TO GO on the smoking! I know that's hard, but I'm sure your voice (and your lungs) appreciate it tremendously.

Where's the gig? *is hideously out of touch w/LJ, websites, etc at the moment*

MASSIVE diffrence in voice! Almost to the point I have to re-feel myself when sining as I dont no how far I can push it, its very strange.

Next how is Midtown Tavern Feb. 21! 9pm-1m free!

I know how hard it is to quit. Had a few failures before it finally took. It must be tough when Great Scott gigs at a bar.

Yeah, I quit before as you know but was still getting nic from the patch but now,, its diffrent. Im nic free and dont wanna smoke ever again. I do have fits at gigs yes but after hear the change in voice I dont ever wanna go back.

Congrats! It does make a big difference with your voice. I've never really been a full on smoker, but I can tell the difference when I have just been smoking a little bit and not when singing. I barely pick one up at all any more. Even to the point of the smell is starting to get to me.

Good going on the smoking! I didn't know you quit. I'm going on 9 years of quitting cold turkey and definitely feel better. Glad the singing is showing a difference too, although, you could always sing!

Whatcha doin with the guitars? I'm enjoying the pics that are posted of the band. You and Becky look sooooo cool together (as always).

Maybe we can come down and catch a gig sometime. Let me know what your schedule is and we'll make a weekend of it!

Thanks, I quit last year but patched it, this time Im off everthing and not going back.
As for guitars, I been swapping out ones here and there trying to find that sound. So I find a better and fix her play her and then if I see something I want more I sell her to get the other.

We have a gig this weekend! =D
