In my handbag, I have 200g of Malabrigo worsted in salmon pink, 200g of Artesano alpaca aran in dark brown and 100g of black Debbie Bliss pure silk. That's a world of soft and none of it's for me. They're all for Christmas and Birthday knitting that had better be appreciated.

kisobel and Paul got married on Saturday. It was lovely. I met some great people. I will probably post more, but it felt apt to post my congratulations here first! Congratulations to both of you.

So, on Sunday I went to this exhibition at the Tate.  It really is pretty bloody stunning, too.  The pugilist in particular made me smile- a broad, wide grin that must have made the gentleman next to me worry that he was next to some idiot.  I think a large part of it is the incredibly beautiful way that the whole gallery is lit, the way that the ( Read more... )
