Yesterday was Wednesday...hump day, but much more importantly, comic book day. It was a good comic book day, there was a new Ultimate Spider-Man, the first issue of Marvel Zombies/Army of Darkness, the newest installment of the Dark Tower series, and perhaps most importantly Captain America #25. Maybe he'll come back? I dunno. Marvel's advertising in this situation is irritating. What if I logged onto AOL back in '97 and the headline was "AERIS IMPALED BY SEPHIROTH. LAUGHS, CALLS CLOUD PUPPET." I'd be downright pissed at Squaresoft (as they were once called).

And that's exactly my point! You are the FFVII equivilant of the Captain America fans I was describing in my last paragraph. I'm sure they weren't too thrilled with the premature spoilers! I'm a little bit bothered by it, but mostly out of principle...and any hostility towards Marvel that I was feeling was promptly assuaged by this week's Ultimate Spider-Man...it's a good one!
