Kelli and I were just approved for a gorgeous high rise (33rd floor) apartment in Midtown Atlanta. I dropped off the deposit today, and we're set to move in on March 26th. I couldn't even lift a finger to argue the opinion that two different people gave me in one day. Today, actually. I am a cynic. But I can't help it. So many experiences from the past two years have taught me to be such. I'm happy. I enjoy myself. But yes, I am a cynic. I embrace that label.

I still believe in joy, though.
