wow! that's so freaky! --- not ramona's face, that is, but that you can see it so clearly on an ultrasound. are those three vaguely appendage-shaped blobs in the lower left corner hands and feet?

and this is just the 2-d scan. there are 3-d and 4-d scans that come out even more clearly!
yup, she's got her hand up to her face (the oval blob below her chin) and the other two blobs are her legs.
