The people who sit glued to the kerrang channel like it's the final word in musical taste, when it normally couldn't be further from the truth.

quite alot of them today (95% of people i meet at gigs I think^_^) wouldnt bother me..if they were so fucking thick when it comes to music:) half of them see kerrang as the bible..the other half spend all their time dissing kerrang:) lol. the next time i hear a newbreed say metallica suck "cos of the napster thing" ill cry..i mean it.lol

I've got no problem with kerrang or people who read it. But I find you get a lot of people who will only like a band or song simply because kerrang likes them.

That's when it seems to become not listening to music because you like it, but more because it's fashionable, that I don't really agree with.

Obviously all IMHO though :)

haha I'm going to see them and you're not! And just for the record...I'd heard of them about a month before they were released in this country so that makes me cool and not a music fasion victim. xxx

ok....I hate them and their overnight popularity as much as I hate Linkin Park!
I do admittedly agree with you...the thought of everyone liking them is terrible...the worst thing that can happen to a good band.
