Pretty! I'd love to see a block in the middle with some kind of words. It's just a little empty. :)

I don't know what to put that won't spoil it. I've stuck Happy Birthday on the inside. I could do some more flowers or something? Or some sparkly diamante things?

I agree with adding a horizontal rectangle or block of pretty paper/stamped background or maybe just some text that swirls or says something like "wishing you" to go with the birthday message inside.

What you've got so far is very pretty. If you just wanted to add a cluster of flowers that could work, too. Just have them hang out close to the vertical strip you have at the left side for balance.

It's nice, but needs something. There's usually a rule of three in blocking and you've only got 3. You could add a spray of flowers in the middle or some text.
