Have you read any/all the HP books? All of them. Multiple times for everything except Deathly Hallows.
Do you have a favourite book? Prisoner of Azkaban. It served as a really important turning point and brought in what is really my favorite storyline, namely the whole first war.
Who are your favourite characters? Caradoc Dearborn. Yep. But as for actual characters: Sirius, Charlie, Oliver Wood... Theo Nott is really interesting.
Which Characters do you not enjoy, but think are interesting anyway? Harry Potter. Except for the find interesting part of that statement. I found just about everyone in that series more interesting then him and was often really frustrated that we saw more things essentially through his eyes, getting his commentary because you got a really skewed perspective and it left a lot of things up for question as to how accurate what he interpenetrated things as were to the truth.
Do you have a favourite scene? Honestly, it's been so long since I read most of these that specific scenes are hard to remember. If I ( ... )

That is my favorite scene too, though I can't any more remember if it's more because of the movie, since that is one of the best scenes in any movie (not just any HP movie) and I remember being in the theater thinking, "Wow, British actors really ARE better."

This was also my first fandom. A very exciting one to be in, in its hayday.

I also felt the same way about British actors. Very good.

HAHAHAA!!! OMG you make a really good point with Harry! I didn't particularly enjoy him at any point in time, I was on his side yes but I still don't *LOVE* him like I love the Weasley Twins or Remus or Sirius or anyone!

Have you read any/all the HP books? I read all of the books. I still remember reading them for the first time in High School.
Do you have a favourite book? I like them all but my favourite is Prisoner of Azkaban
Who are your favourite characters? Harry and Hermione
Which Characters do you not enjoy, but think are interesting anyway? The Dursleys.
Do you have a favourite scene? The scenes with Krum and Hermione in The TriWizard Tournament.
Anything else you wanna ramble about? I am trying to get a coworker to read Harry Potter. I am still shocked when I meet people who haven't read the books or seen the movies.

I really, REALLY wanted Hermione to end up with Krum.

I would have loved if Hermione and Krum had ended up together. Just because it seemed obvious she would end up with someone in the trio it would have been nice if they had gone a different route.

Have you read any/all the HP books? I've only read the first one and it was a really long time ago lol. I think I was in like third grade. :P I just couldn't get into them the way most people did tbh. I've seen all of the movies except the last one, though.
Do you have a favourite book? I guess the first one? LOL.
Who are your favourite characters? I always liked Snape. He's interesting. I can never decide if he's good or bad.
Which Characters do you not enjoy, but think are interesting anyway? I guess Ron? IDK, I didn't like him all that much in the movies, but some of his scenes still made me laugh.
Do you have a favourite scene? I'm drawing a blank, lol. I really should watch the movies again or give the books another try.
Anything else you wanna ramble about? Nah, I'm good.

Exactly, about Snape. I think that's the whole point about that character. And even still, I don't know how I feel about him.

But I'd think you'd be one to like him even more if he was all bad. :-)

He was just always so interesting, you never knew what he was gonna do lol. Was he gonna help Harry or screw him over? Characters like that are so much fun when they're handled well.

LOL you are definitely right about that one. :P

Yes about Ron. At the time I didn't think much of it but looking back...he kind of seemed like an add on. Harry is the hero, Hermione is smart he is...afraid of spiders?

Have you read any/all the HP books? Yes! Read them all multiple times, the series means a lot to me. I believe I found the series right before the fourth book came out and loved it at once, and then was a fan ever since.
Do you have a favourite book? Hmmm, that's a tough one - it's really hard to choose one book as a favorite among this series that I love so much overall. I think maybe Deathly Hallows, but I'm also a big fan of Prisoner of Azkaban. Deathly Hallows just blew me away with all the information we finally learned and the way JKR had set things up throughout the whole series, and I have a huge love of the last few chapters - one of my favorite quotes is from the King's Cross scene with Dumbledore near the end. Prisoner of Azkaban is also one I love because I always loved learning about the Marauders and Sirius Black, and Buckbeak.
Who are your favourite characters? Hermione Granger, Harry Potter, Nymphadora Tonks, Remus Lupin, Luna Lovegood, Minvera McGonagall. I like a lot of characters in the series but those are probably ( ... )

I enjoy how your memory and description of these specific scenes is so vivid and distinct. Isn't it amazing how such things can really stick with us? You've made me curious to re-read Deathly Hallows which frankly I have trouble remembering at all.

The Kings cross scene with Dumbledore...I love it!

He is such a wise man, it's nice to see it one on one with Harry. :)

Have you read any/all the HP books? Of course, all of them, and the first four I've read countless times. I had them all on an old--school eBook back in the days when I was an insomniac, and I just read them back to back to back to back. It was so soothing, yet just engaging enough to be not boring, if that makes sense.
Do you have a favourite book? Prisoner of Azkaban, by far. Whomping Willow, Marauder's Map, Time Turner, Shrieking Shack--all items that made total sense to me, even outside the world of the books.
Who are your favourite characters? Oh gosh. I pretty much like everyone. Luna, I suppose, because she is so offbeat yet so herself.
Which Characters do you not enjoy, but think are interesting anyway? The Dursleys, of course, since their motivations became a bit more complex as the series went on.
Do you have a favourite scene? Shrieking Shack, but as I commented below, it's a little confused in my mind with the scene in the movie, which was so virtuouso on the part of the actors.
Anything else you wanna ramble about? ( ... )
