haha me too. I loved that teaser at the end. I have seen so many people online ask where they could buy that book. lol Speaking of kickstarters, I really want one for the 10th Kingdom sequel that was in the works shortly after that mini series first came out.
- What was the last book you read? The last book I finished was Allegiant, the final of the Divergent Trilogy and Hacking Harvard (sort of finished them at the same time

What was the last book you read? Return of the King
- Of your favourite books, which one do you like to recommend to people? It depends on what people like. Anyone remotely into Star Wars, I'll rec The Zahn books.
- Which ones do you NOT like to recommend to people?
- Do you still own any books from your childhood? Yes. I have lots from my childhood. I still have my old copies of the Star Wars books and the Oz books.
- What are you reading now? Just about to start the Silmarillion
- Have you seen any recent movies that were books?
- If you hosted book club, what would you serve? Soup. There is nothing I like better than curling up with a warm bowl of soup and a book. Also probably apple cider.
What was the last book you read? "The Fault in Our Stars" by John Green <3
Of your favourite books, which one do you like to recommend to people? Either "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" by Stephen Chbosky or "Wide Awake" by David Levithan. A lot of people are familiar with "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" probably because it was made into a movie. "Wide Awake" was one of the first gay YA books I read and I have lost count of the times I've reread it. It's set in the future and it deals with politics (the first gay, Jewish president!) and it's just *sigh* I can't even describe my feelings for it.
Which ones do you NOT like to recommend to people? "Freak Show" by James St. James. It's a good book, don't get me wrong, I've reread it a few times. But it's really weird and cliched and just odd and I don't know if most people would get it lol.
Do you still own any books from your childhood? Yes, I do! *checks bookcase* A few of them: "Because of Winn-Dixie," "Anastasia on Her Own," "The Borrowers," "The Cricket in Times Square," and "

The last book I read was 1984. Of course, this is a classic novel about the dystopian future in which Big Brother controls every aspect of everyone's lives. I knew I needed to read this book, being an English teacher, but it's not something I would read on my own. I feel like the entire concept of the novel could be condensed into a really great short story, instead of being drawn out into a 300 page novel. It was just far too wordy and repetitive. Orwell paints a haunting vision for the future, but just...too many words.
I'm reading The Maze Runner now and I absolutely love it! Like, seriously, I'm not sure I've ever read a book faster in my life. It's another awesome YA dystopian novel but it's super great. I definitely recommend!
