We didn't ever think it would happen, and I don't even think I'm supposed to be able to do that, but...

We're having a baby!

I don't even know how--well, I do know how--this happened, but I'm not going to dwell on that! We're having a baby!

I don't wish to be the one to gloat, but I did tell you so! You can never believe what doctors tell you! Sometimes it's just rubbish! Go on the internet and you hear of supposedly-infertile couples conceiving naturally all the time!

I trust Aeris is doing well and I send my best to you both, my dearest friend.

Soon, you shall feel the joy (and lethargy) that I feel! Much deserved! Such a wonderful thing couldn't have happened to a more deserving couple!

Actually, it was a rather good thing I didn't believe you. I thought I was sterile, and we're both clean, so with Aeris' approval, I stopped using protection...

She is doing very well. We've yet to schedule a doctor's appointment, but that's on the list of things to do.

If next Spring is "soon", that is. If Aeris is correct, we're looking at a March due date. If she's correct on her other hunch, you are going to have a nephew.
