There and Back Again

I'm home from hospital now. I couldn't remain there any longer, since my insurance only covers three days' stay. At least I had my cast cut off before I left, and while I've now a very interesting tan line, everything is fine. If you feel the need to stay, Mum will fix up something for you. I'm sure Balthier won't mind his old room being put to good use.

That's wonderful to hear, darling. I'm still very sorry for giving you that in the first place.

It would certainly save you the trip back and forth to your dorm every night, dearest. It was her suggestion in the first place. You know she's very fond of you.

It's all we can get, but it's better than going uninsured, especially in our line of work. Three days' stay was far too long, anyway.

There is only so much soup one can take without going criminally insane. I've nearly reached that limit.
