Oh, this was just... beautiful and hurty and OH THE TRAGIC MANPAIN... Seriously though, I adored this story. I loved those moments of just how dangerous and powerful Charles really is, and all the little details, like Erik's fear of medical facilities, Raven's silent crying, things that just speak so true to the characters. You even managed to give Emma far more dimension than she had in the movie, but still keep her consistent with canon. I do hope to see more from you in this fandom.

Oh. This fic is heartbreaking.
:C
You did a lovely job. Particularly poignant for me was when Charles was told Hank hadn't put in the ramps and railings in the house--and of course, they were all made of metal.

A thousand shattering things. And then I need a huuuuggggg. ;___;

This was beautiful dear, their characters right on, especially Erik's tension: his stubborn strength, but his weakness in the face of appreciating love. AND YET, and YET, he goes and does that for Charles. In the end, he's custodian of Charles's last, most meaningful and hidden dream.

*hugs you* SORRY FOR MAKING YOU SAD ;D Ahem.

Thank you so much for this thoughtful comment, it really made my day. <3 I'm so glad you thought I did the characters justice. And especially his stubborn strength, but his weakness in the face of appreciating love., these are two of the things I adore most about this character, and it is fantastic to hear that I managed to get that across.

Thank you! :)
