So today's the first day of my workout plan with Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. I'm going to make a journal for it every day, so um... sorry if this clogs up anyone's flist! :/
I did Level 1, with 7.5lb weights.... KICKED MY ASS. Sweat was dripping from my face within the first 5 minutes! I couldn't even do some of the exercises after a while. I
