I feel like I'm floundering in water and struggling just to keep afloat.  Everyday I'm busy, all day, until Sunday when I don't have to work until 5 pm. 
One day at a time, I guess...

I've complained about being busy before.
But now I know that never ever have I been busy! 
I was a pinata for Halloween. 
Now I'm on duty.
I woke up at 8:30, got up, and discovered it to actually be 7:30.  On a Sunday morning.  What is wrong with me.
I have to go study for finance now. 

Typical day in the life of me:

8:30: Wake up, eat, drink coffee, get ready
10 - 5: EHS Office
5 - 6: Dinner/HW
6 - 7: Prepare for event
7 - 9: Event
9:30 - 11: RA Meeting
11 - 12: Online marketing group meeting
12 - 2:30: Other homework

So tonight I'll get about 5 1/2 hrs of sleep. Could be worse?

I just had to go confront a group of residents who were in the area when some stupid kid decided to play with a fire extinguisher. They were all drunk ... but really friendly. I miss being one of them. I used to be. And now I am different. I used to be one of the kids who schemed a way to make a beer pong table in a dorm room, and then ( Read more... )

I keep on wanting to start a new journal - for a new phase of my life. But for some reason, I just cannot get into it beyond a name and a first post. I just revisited Livejournal, and was lured back into it... it may be a new time of life for me, but there's something so solid about this, it's established and it is who I am. Lisa and I are on the Chinatown bus right now going back to NYC. Our driver is in training. He is eating a muffin. The window next to us is loose and squeaking/flapping in the wind. Its fun, and infinitely more entertaining than a Greyhound bus ( Read more... )
