After thinking i lost 1 pound.. n then realised it was 3/4 pounds... i then found out it was 5 pounds.. which was kool. However, i think i've put alot of it back on this week cause i haven't bothered with my diet so tomorrow it's back to it!

Omg... i've been on a diet 10 days.. working my fucking arse off and ive only lost 1 pound? WTF!!!!!
I've been trying my best and i feel better within myself but only 1 pound.. how the fuck does that work? Why do i bother?!

Edit: Omgggg tried dads scales which are supposidly more reliable and it says i've lost 3 or 4 pounds!

Wow... currently on day 6 of my diet and i feel so good lol! It's the detox weekend so i can just relax and keep eating healthy and this is when most of the changes occur. I'm actually excited cause i haven't felt this good in ages lol!
