Fasting

I just drank the last of my soda and I am going on a 2 day fast of water and juice starting.....NOW.  I won't eat food until Monday night at 10:07pm.

Not to sound all "Mommy-ish" but is it safe to be fasting with SMA? I always heard that the simple act of fasting several hours can have terrible, sometimes irreversible, effects on strength and abilities.

Im not sure if its bad for you or not. i dont have sma i have fshd. sma is much more serious than fshd. :P
