can't keep up, huh?
keeping time, keeping in touch
disappearance, reinvention, reappearance --a cycle

should be this fatigued,

and unmotivated

awake after a dream.
naps make for more vivid ones.

i walked to and by people
some i stayed with longer than others.

because too much of me says it isn't.

lately i've noticed i've a particular fascination with starting things.
starting books, starting relationships, starting, starting, starting. !
all the mystery and fascination. the immense joy at meeting someone new
the unbearable curiosity of a new book. and all that.

why is it that the thought of meeting someone can fill with such joy
