Ranmaru suppresses a shiver and casually comments, “Sorry, but you don’t look like a doctor.”
He straightens and tips his hat down to hide his expression. “Forgive me for disturbing you,” he murmurs so softly that Ranmaru has to strain to hear him.
So Ranmaru. So Bem. I love them both so my heart is exploding here ♥

Ranmaru begins to understand that he’s very quiet. Quiet and oh so serious.
Ranmaru can analyze people.

I haven't watched Legal High so I hardly know anything abour Ranmaru's personality but having only read this piece, I already adore him; cheeky and hot-headed. And I love how he's instantly charmed by Bem's low voice and he finds him cute hfsdkjhdksjk and then there's More reserved and… hesitant. As if he wasn’t sure he belonged. A sympathetic pang echoes in Ranmaru’s heart. He knows how that goes. ahhhhh ♥♥♥

That same gentle touch is once more on his shoulder and before he knows it, he’s lying back down and Bem is gone.
I love that Bem is so insistant in making sure Ranmaru rests <333 so very Bem
