Recently I have been having problems with my cars performance so I took it to a mechanic and he told me there was nothing wrong. He said "You just cant expect to get a whole lot of ecceleration or power out of a Mustang engine". I have been driving the Firebird but it scares me a little at high speed. I havent really raced it yet but it sure is fun to drive. I did get to race a Mustang in the Mazda the other day and i have to say i was really unimpressed when I passed it in 4th gear. Well im now the proud owner of a 1985 Pontiac Firebird which is a car I wanted ever since I was a kid. I bought it for $1,600, I used the Tracker as a trade in and paid the rest in cash.
