One of my beautiful fuzzy baby hummers crashed into the kitchen window and died. She was being chased by some irate hummer, who was probably guarding a feeder elsewhere. So tough a world...these little ones barely hatch, learn to fly, and they are in the harsh reality of the backyard jungle

Thanks Cindy...I may hang something more permanent outside to fend them off from the glass. Right now I have an afghan out on the line to block the window...sigh.
