Wow. What a way to start off this year's Big Bang!

I don't know how you do it. The angst. The drama. The feelings. THE BOYS. How stupid and silly and in love they are ♥

This just gave me so many FEELINGS. It makes me so sad to think about the boys being apart for that long because they should always be together, but it just made it that much more amazing when they were finally reunited. And Holden :((( And how Damian messed up everything and everyone and killed Holden and almost killed both Luke and Noah, and and and...

I think my favorite scene was when Luke realized he still loved and wanted Noah, and then the scene where he admitted that to Noah. Those boys and what they do to me.

This was such a good story and everyone was so in character and I wish I could write like you because you are absolutely brilliant. Thank you for writing this and sharing with us ♥

Lene!! Thank you :D I really don't think it's anything that I do- it's just picturing Jake and Van playing these scenes that gives people the feelings, not me!

And ha, after reading your comment I realized- I think this is one of the first stories I've written where Holden hasn't sat Luke down and given him a 'talk' about something :0 I was kind of surprised. Won't happen again, I promise ;)

That was beyond excellent work. Your writing is always able to extract a lot of complicated feelings out of your readers all at the same time and this did not fail.

I think more than anything it's the arc of your characters (Luke and Noah especially) that really gave this fic punch in the gut kind of awesome.

Honestly, this is some of the best writing I've read in a while. Great job.

Well that was all kinds of perfect and wonderful. And also heartbreak, because, well, Lion King.
Really though, I loved how you incorporated elements from both and kept everyone so true to their characters. Absolutely loved it! (You even made me care about Reid. I don't even remember his voice XD;)

(Also, can I just add that I adored it you included Timon and Pum- eh, Tim and Peter. Yep.)

HA! Lion King will always go down as one of the most DEPRESSING SADDEST HEART-KILLING kid movies. So, of course, I had to write a version, right? At least I didn't have either of the guys sing! ;)
