btw...i used this book for a student leadership training for RAs at my old job. it went really well. i forgot where i originally heard about this...and i was surfing on lj and found this.

just wanted to share that.

WOW!...excellent post. It's tough to maitain the fountain effect...of having the water continue to flow. But it's motivation to influence our relationships and better the other person, or make them happy!

Thanks! I got it from a book I was reading -- How Full Is Your Bucket? Positive Strategies for Work and Life. by Tom Rath

It's a short book and easy read. Simple concepts and always a good reminder to keep us motivated and going : )
