Losing the next 12-13 pounds is pretty hard...

Was 167...now at 164. 9 more to go!

The good thing is that I don't crave red meat and junk food anymore. However, eliminating alcohol is EXTREMELY difficult.

Off to Thailand for 2 weeks next week...can't wait to lie on the beach and just relax. I definitely need the break :)

One goal I have for 2012...lose weight. Easy said, fricken hard.

Anyways, so far in the past 3-4 weeks...lost 13 pounds.

Started at 180 lbs. Today at 167 lbs.

Goal is 155. I'm half way there!

We did a lot in Madrid and Segovia, but Seville was such a different experience. A smaller city, which just as much history...and the food was cheaper but amazing! I loved the people that we met in Sevilla, and although we only spent a few days in this small city...it's a place that was one of my greatest highlights in Spain.

We encountered a flight delay in Vancouver, which caused us to miss our connecting flight from Toronto to Madrid. So we had to spend a night in Toronto, but luckily for us, we met up with a few close friends and made our night in Toronto worthwhile.
