2012 goal...

One goal I have for 2012...lose weight. Easy said, fricken hard.

Anyways, so far in the past 3-4 weeks...lost 13 pounds.

Started at 180 lbs. Today at 167 lbs.

Goal is 155. I'm half way there!

Dieting...I cut out all junk food (no soda and chips), no more red meat, start eating breakfast, whole grains, cut out my favourite alcohol (scotch) but just drinking red wine only, and eating more fruits and veggies...

For a guy, this is hard...I'm sure for girls this is easy :)

No way Jerree, I eat the diet of a linebacker. Soda and chips are my weakness and I love a good steak. I do eat breakfast but no grains or bread. I do eat a lot of starch-mashed potatoes and have quit soda for Lent. Not seeing much of a difference though, annoying.
