end-of-summer recap

 Today was the official first day of my last year of school. Now is the time to reflect on summer, starting with my stated goals.

1. Learn to play the acoustic guitar = didn't do. ever. oh well.
2. Read books. FOR FUN. = very yes. Pride and Prejudice and Zombies was A-mazing.
3. Preach regularly at Cambridge Welcoming = yes and no. Preach regularly,

Yay for stronger marriages! :-)

My sister in law used to talk about a friend named Vika. I remember the name only because it's cool and I'd never heard it before. Wonder if you have a link to my SIL? Ask your boss if she knows Carolyn Salvi. Carolyn Croissant, as was. ;-)

I'll see if I can lasso poor Vika, but alas, school has started and she'll be very difficult tp pin down. She and my other boss, Valentina, emigrated from Ukraine.

I've also discovered that if I don't get up and get going on the weekend, I don't have a very good rest of the day. That's too bad, since I rather like sleeping in.
