I had an excellent evening. I met my sister in town at the movie theater and we went to see The Hangover. I was a bit iffy about the movie but it turned out to be hilarious. I finished reading Neil Gaiman's The Graveyard Book (this year's Newbery Winner) this morning. I started reading it yesterday evening and continued to read through the perfectly suited night of the full moon.

It has rained for at least a week straight. Day and night. Pouring, thundering, drizzly, misting, foggy - RI-diculous. The retention ponds are full.
