do you know what's a really bad idea? getting up at 6:30 am for swim practice, after going to bed at 1 (so i was REALLY tired). Eating salad for lunch and dinner (so I hardly ate anything). Lifitng weights for 2 hours in the afternoon, and then drinking. bad idea. i only had 1 shot and 4 games of beer pong (which was somehwere around 4 or 5 ( Read more... )

katherine, drink lots of water after you drink al-ky-hol. apparently it makes the hangover less potent.

yeah i know...as soon as i'm done drinking i try to drink at least 8 cups of water before going to bed, hopefully even more

i haven't really had a hungover yet...i just feel a little out of it. i really do a good job drinking a shit-load of water before going to bed, but yeah, i'll might do the multivitamin thing.
