I spent 10.75 hours doing little aside from thinking yesterday.  And I've come to realize that I just don't know what to think.  I know it's not good to get angry, but it's the easiest place to be.  The problem is that by not turning that anger into violence against others, it is turned against myself threefold.  It's a no-win situation, I think.

So yesterday after I got home from work I had a small breakdown.  No clue why I was bawling and feeling suffocated, but there I was, just trying to keep my body from curling in upon itself and lying in one place.  I thought that maybe a shower would help, and it did a smidge.  I was functional enough to pass with small numbers of people.  I didn't ( Read more... )
