I went to the GI yesterday in Baltimore, and we concluded the following: dairy, gum, sugar, and starches make me worse. Because they allow bacteria to grow. I'm having an endoscopy at some point in the near future. I think I have acid reflux because when I would lie down I would have horrible chest pain.
