except for a handful of entries, this journal is friends-only. i welcome new friends, though, and therefore encourage anyone who would like to read my journal (or continue reading my journal) to comment here. ( disclaimers... )
I'm not strictly a lurker/reader, but I don't tend to comment just to comment (which is not to suggest that all of my comments are insightful, intelligent, meaningful, not by a long shot). I find what I've read so far to be interesting enough to want to keep reading!
after witnessing one too many internet horror stories, i just decided i wasn't comfortable having personally indentifiable information out there for anyone to see. on the one hand, it seems unfortunate because perhaps i will miss out on meeting more new people, but on the other hand, maybe it will encourage a better quality of connections, if for no other reason than the onus is now more on me to go seek other people out.
I've been reading your journal off and on since those PNO days long ago. If you are so inclined, please add me (and if you like, I will add you to mine - though my life is FAR from interesting at the moment). In fact, I was going to comment on a post you had a couple weeks ago where you were having a Linux issue - I have a personal connection to a guy that can probably help you out with those little things - he's an anti-MS pro-Linux/Red Hat/UNIX junkie (programmer).
Oh and there is a website that can perhaps help as a resume builder - you basically bid on jobs and do contract work from home. Just let me know if you're interested in knowing more about that (if you don't already know about it), and I can shoot you the URL.
hey. im not sure exactly from where. i think i was roamin around in livejournal land lookin at peoples journals, and i came across a couple of gay communities, and then i found you, and you seemed interesting and attractive, so i wanted to get to know more :)
