Hmmmm....I'm thinking that your friends are more of a distraction than anything else. However you did punch out a beautiful chapter. Probably the best I've read so far.

These pix are too cute. What do I have to knit now to get another chapter? I think LeRoy and Elfie need another playmate ;o)

No! They are not distracting! THEY HELP ME. THEY HELP ME SO MUCH. And they ALWAYS need more playmates. More ADORABLE KNITTED PLAYMATES.

Am glad you like the pics -- I have this digital SLR that I am creepily obsessed with, but I took these with my iPhone(!!!). Technology, man. Technology.

i do not know what like midnight is, but this is so cute! im trying to force myself into finishing several castle fics atm. UGH. writing bug has LEFT THE BUILDING, plz come back.

Like Midnight is a Castle fanfic that I am writing that lives over at ff.net. But, see, you do not need to read it to appreciate SHEER ADORABLENESS.

I understand about the writing bug -- I was on such an awesome roll for a while, and now all of my words have ABANDONED ME and I just flail around the interwebz drooling on myself. Oh well.

I've just spent a couple of hours reading the fic and I absolutely love it !

Now I'm afraid the wait for new chapters is going to be excruciating and that I should have waited until it actually was completed...Prove me wrong ? :D

Love your minions, they're adorable :)

I, um, I, yeah. About the, um, the wait between updates. Maybe... um. Yeah. You should have been with us in November and December when I was legit posting 2 or 3 times a week and then you at least could have looked upon the Good Old Glory Days when the Fic Flowed Like Water/Wine/Your Beverage of Choice. Now it's a little more like molasses, maybe molasses thickened with flour or some kind of other baking agent which I wouldn't know about because I am not so much with the kitchen.

ANYWAYS I am glad you enjoyed!

Oh, I PROMISE I wouldn't do that! I love you all and even Like Midnight too much for that, even though it has been so very troublesome of late. My job has been, I do not even have words for these past few months, but it shall quiet down exactly at 11:45am on Monday and then there will be the surely magical Castle finale and I am hopeful that the lack of paralyzing work stress and post-finale endorphins will froth my muse into a frenzy or at least a sluggish jog or possibly just a slow, lazy flail.
