I know some people are leaving LJ for Facebook and Twitter but now with the awesome ability to cross post, made so easy an e-clueless person like me can do it, why not do it all?

I'm staying!!

I'm definitely staying. I kinda like the fact the FB has been peeling away some of the trivial stuff that used to infiltrate LJ. As some commenters have already stated, LJ is now being used for more meaningful or thoughtful entries. That's a good thing.

BTW, for redundancy, I post my journal entries BOTH on LJ and Blogger.com. Cut-n-paste makes this very easy and increases the number of friends/followers. If one or the other sites spontaneously combusts, I'm still in business.

It's definitely more substantive nowadays. Of course,those whose Self-Esteem requires lots of replies is going to be unhappy with today's LJ. Personally? My Ego can handle a few less "Me Too!", "Ditto",etc....

I'm staying too. I don't get here as much as I used to, but when I really have something to say fb just doesn't cut it.
