Yogurt and Tomatoes?!?!? EWWWWWW!!!! I don't eat that stuff and I'm a healthy weight for my height and always have been LOL It's more about HOW MUCH you eat as to WHAT you eat (unless of course you're downing boxes of Twinkies and HoHo's...):P

I use to like Twinkies alot but there just not the same anymore.........

I actually like yogurt but didnt aquire the taste till a couple of yrs ago..

I have all of those things in my kitchen right now except the black beans. I'm more of a pinto girl.

Those foods are not only good for weight loss but also good health in general. To the list I would add:

-salmon
-garlic
-extra virgin olive oil

Well for me - its the last three on this list that I dont do enough of. Ohhhh and I only use xtra virgin olive oil when I cook. I think I started to use it about 4 or 5 yrs ago... Ohhh and I like garlic but I have to say I sure done like the after taste. *scrunches nose*
