My name is Layla, and it’s been two and a half months since my last morsel of processed food.

For the last few months I have been trying to be healthier.

You know a lot of people describe the exact same relationship with food and exercise as you, so I've come to the conclusion that the best rule of thumb to follow is the good old 80/20 rule.
I guess I've surmised that as long as you're good more often than you're bad then it's okay. I mean was mission was never, or ever will be to be a raw food eating, gym junkie. As long as I am doing better than I was before, I think the rest will take care of itself. And you're right as long as I feel good, which I do, I'm happy.

Thanks for the encouraging words Kimmy. You've been such a motivation for me since you have worked so hard to look as good as you do and every time I see you, as well as your amazing company it's a sweet reminder that I can do it too :) xo
