I've had a really good day today, even though it has mostly been made of fail :o)

I've priced up SAD lamps - too expensive - and found a daylight alarm clock that will hopefully help me with waking up before 10; I tried to find a hairdresser who would be cheaper than R, but as trustworthy, and I've decided I don't trust anyone, so I'll just have to ( Read more... )

Its in Montpelier, but I'll be finished by 12. I was planning on heading to the climbing wall afterwards to see how everyone is doing :o)

One of my friends was saying the other day she found a good SAD lamp for under £40, I will find out more.

If you find the right site you can hire them before you buy them and if you say you have SAD they take the VAT off as it's a health thing not a luxury. That might help? Not sure which site did that, but if you need a SAD light, pop round to mine and we'll sit in the sun together! :D
