Dinner with parents was great. We went to the Real Seafood and I had chicken Shanghai Style. Yes, I know, I'm weird. I go to a seafood restaurant and get chicken. Well, it went pretty well. I made two mistakes, but I think it came out well. I chopped some nuts too far and I used the wrong flour. But he seemed to like the end product in the end. I have an interview AT THE PALACE OF AUBURN HILLS! They wanted Pastry Cooks. So I sent in my resume, called, and they called me back right away! Interview is at The Palace Grille Friday at 10:30.
