As if I never quit, I started back into training a little over a week ago. This time around my plan is a but more detailed than "run until you puke" everyday. Best part about today so far... Lunch-time work out. I have been doing my yoga every morning on my 10 minute break. It gives me a great opportunity to get away from my desk, away from the crazy customers and my coworkers. In sleepy, dreamy world so much can happen. Over the past month or two, my dreams have been filled with terror, pain, fear, and the unknown; a swirl of subconscious garbage that apparently my brain didn't feel I was getting enough of in my waking hours. What I hate about sharing....
I hate sharing. It is so easy to keep to myself and remain silent. It is so much easier to take in other's troubles and assume none for myself. You are made to be some type of silent goddess that has all the right answers. Secretly, all my answers are ambiguous, leaving the real solutions up to the listener. What do I say about today? It has been rather boring. I went to class and got an assignment that I think I will like, but getting assignments in every class at the same time really stresses me out.
