I don't like super fake people. Note to a Certain LJ friend
I don't think that letting go of a relationship that no longer serves you mean you're giving up. It doesn't even mean you no longer love the other person (or people). It just means you're choosing to take care of your needs first so that you can choose to either re-visit that relationship in better shape later, or get into a healthier dynamic. ( Read more... ) -
The Separation is Increasing
Lately, it seems I'm finding that my sense of...I guess separation with folks who I have to conceal key parts of myself from is increasing. I mean, there obviously are still a large number of non-kinky folks who I'm close to. My immediate family doesn't really consist of a of any kinky folks.
