I have an updated exercise routine. I think it's doable but the strength routine is definitely a step up. We'll see how it goes but I'm looking forward to it!

Yea Me! I pulled my bike out to day and went for a 3.8 bike ride, ~20 minutes... by myself! A silly thing yes? but something I'm quite pleased with.

I always forget how much I like cycling.

Sick/tired/cranky last week meant that I only got to the gym twice last week. I'm shifting things around this week and trying a 2 days on 1 day off schedule. Sunday I swam for 40 minutes and this morning got on the elliptical and did Routine 2009.02 x2 ( Read more... )

Gym today (was still sick yesterday). 10 minutes stretch, 20 minutes cardio, routine 2009.02 x2 (~20 minutes)

In other news the bread did not turn out so well last night :P Need to remember to set the timer next time I don't want a dried out brick.

10 minutes stretch, 40 minutes elliptical (wow spelled that right on the first try)

*grump* getting vaguely dis-satisfied with the cardio. I think I'm going to add swimming back in and find a 40 minute bike loop around here. Elliptical is dumb easy (and I get to watch TV) but starting to be a bit empty.
