In the garden of UW Computing and Communications, many strange and wonderful flowers bloom. In one of the UW Certificate Authority certificate request pages, the dagger † is used as a footnote reference, and the word 'contumacy' is used. I wonder who slipped those in?

contumacy, i mean, not daggers. though warning peopel about daggers might be good, too.
