If you had to pick just one thing that annoys you most when you encounter it among pet owners, what would it be? Why?

To me it's irresponsible breeding because it leads to so many more problems down the road.

My friend just bought a puppy, and to get around the fact that she can't take it everywhere, she is trying to buy a fake service dog vest.

This is what I was going to say. Not everyone likes dogs, mmmkay? My oldest is really, really skittish around dogs and having one come running up and jump all over him sends him into hysterics. It's happened far too often.
