I haven't updated this blog in a very long time. Lots of changes have occurred. I no longer live in Milwaukee. I am back in NY with my family and daughter. We left in July. I just entered all the food I had for lunch into my food diary. I already met my limits of calories and fats intake for the day. It's unbelievable to think that some of the most loved foods has a bunch of calories.

I would go to Greece. It has always been a fascination of mine to go there. Love the culture, food, history. Beaches, hiking, what more could you ask for?

This is going to be something strange but I thought instead of making more clutter for myself that I would create and continue my lists of many things that I want to do. Feel free to add anything.
