EASY PEACH COBBLER
Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar, divided
1 tablespoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 cup milk
4 cups fresh peach slices
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Had a great night tonight-it was the metro conference tourney for girls varsity volleyball, so Laura and I went over to Atlantic Shores. I had a really nice visit with the Liguoris. The only one missing was Grace, and it was a long trip for her to have had to make. Got to meet Sarah's new baby, Makayla, only 5 weeks old! Kathy Russell was killed in a car accident last week. I wasn't particularly close, but the whole Liguori clan was, so Sarah and Mary and their fams are in Harrisonburg this week, and I definitely want to take advantage of that and see them! So I leave tomorow morning and will stay one night up there. Back on Friday. -

Nearly two weeks at home and I'm loving being here! The job search is on. Several people here have given me good leads, so I'm pursuing the possibilities. We'll see what comes of it.
