Remember, this year Daylight Saving Time begins April 2nd, so set your clocks and watches ahead one hour before going to sleep.

I found the missing Christ figure from my rosary. I'm not going to take that rosary out of the house again. I'm reminded of the common refrain, "This is why we can't have nice things."

Apparently, I'm not meant to have a rosary, or at least keep one in my pocket. First, one that turned out to be made of glow-in-the-dark wax melted in my pocket a few years ago. Today, I discovered the figure of Christ had fallen off the new wooden one I had bought on Ash Wedensaday and had been keeping in my coat pocket.

I highly recommend the song "Stealing All Day" off of C.C. Adcock's 2004 album Lafayette Marquis. It is a good, hard-charging rock'n'roll song that is somehow creepy and would have been perfect for the soundtrack of Desperado if it had been made earlier.

My friend Kristi says this web site has a plethora of bunny-themed movie parodies: The Exorcist in 30 seconds with bunnies.

My estimation of the local cops went up roughly 800% last week when they recovered money stolen from my mother by a gas station cashier without my having to tell them about the suspicious thing I saw him do at the dumpster when I followed before calling them.
