ok. so those of you out there who do finance work every day. I TOTALLY have a new found respect. I took a crash course in corporate finance (6 weeks) from my young korean professor (32?) who has a PHd from MIT in Economics and a JD from YALE....

It has KICKED MY BUTT...

so....new found respect. "I'm not worthy."

maybe it wouldn't have been so bad if you had not skipped every day of that corporate finance class you "audited" in college :)

i agree. i know jack about finance. and con law and tax law and torts and whatever you 2L's are cramming these days :p
