Hmmm. I don't think I'll join because the rules say the Rokkr are not welcome there. You might want to be aware that such a rule might drive people away from your group. Not everyone regards the Rokkr as "evil" in the Christian sense of the word. Some take the attitude that they have their place in the wider scheme of things just as any of the Aesir or Vanir do.
