Today was weigh-in. Last week I lost 5 lbs. This week I gained 1/2 lb. That has been my losing style since I've been on Weight Watchers. Every other week I lose 4-5 lbs. and then the next week I don't lose or gain a little bit. Since this seems to be my natural weight loss rhythym, I'm encouraging it.
