losing weight

Today was weigh-in. Last week I lost 5 lbs. This week I gained 1/2 lb. That has been my losing style since I've been on Weight Watchers. Every other week I lose 4-5 lbs. and then the next week I don't lose or gain a little bit. Since this seems to be my natural weight loss rhythym, I'm encouraging it. It takes baby steps to make the complete lifestyle change. You are doing more activity and learning a different way of eating at restaurants. The mental milestones are as important at the physical ones. Keep up the good work.
