I have so much love for you right now. This is so cool. I love how you did that. Made that whole thing work. Just. Yes.
And I love that Jethro, who has been totally forgotten by the PtB on the show (like Ducky's mom), and you ALWAYS have him in your stories. I was going to mention that about this one, before he became a plot point.
Oh, and Tim being all jealous and clueless at the same time. Yeah, you just own my heart.
(um, still waaaaaay behind here...but at least I know I have some cool CB fic to read soon? Sorry)
*beam* Thank you! Some things needed to be fixed, so I fixed them!
And yes, Jethro is always part of my personal Tony/Tim fanon. Not least because I love the idea that he lives with Tony even before they move in together because Tim's apartment is just too small for a German Shepherd. This makes me happy.
(Two whole people who are not you read the Charlie Bartlett fic! I can wait. :D )
Yay, thank you! I had something I was not looking forward to this morning (for good reason, it turned out) and this gave me just the boost I needed before facing it head on. :D
I love that Tony's such a drama queen here, dropping the dishes--it's totally him. And his criteria for getting a house, so cute! Also so very Tony the way he changes history at the end--Very nice! Tim's cluelessness is adorable. Also love how you address the Ziva-related doubts Tim has. I really dislike the way the series pushes Tony/Ziva because I never liked the pairing. (I imagine that Tony must get sick of it, too.) I even liked Kate/Tony better, and frankly, I ended up hating Kate by the end. Tony/Ziva bothers me so much because at first it's all about how Ziva wants Tony but won't let herself have him, and all this without her even realizing it has nothing to do with her at all...
Hee, thank you! And YES, omg, Tony is such a drama queen. But a dropped plate is way easier than saying, okay, so you just stabbed me in the heart, what's next? *pets him*
I love Ziva a whole lot, but I don't like at ALL the way the show has handled the 'relationship'. Not least because MW's acting choices show he really likes and respects Ziva and thinks she's hot, but there's stuff about her that bothers him (Check his reaction to her every time she is casual about violence--doing it or talking about it) and as such there's no way it could ever work. Plus she basically outright states that he needs to change in order to be right for her and I'm all...um...NO. If my husband had said he needed me to change to be right for him he would not be my husband. Changing is for your own sake. If others benefit? Awesome. *ahem* Soapbox.

He thinks he hears Tony mutter, "It's gonna take more than paper," but that makes no sense so he ignores it.
That lines kills me. Poor Tony!
