I spent this morning at the hospital, just talking to Kay. She keeps sleeping, which is probably something to be expected, but when she wakes up she seems to be horribly upset the whole time. I don't know what to say to make her stop crying, but I'm honestly trying my best. I'm still worried about her, but I know that these things take time.

we'll keep tryin'. seems pretty natural, she's been through the scariest thing. i've been a bit of a roughneck in my time, and i don't think i've ever looked death in the face quite as much as she did. it's fucked up, i reckon any one of us'd be that upset, too.

Ugh, that's all pretty crappy. Not without silver linings, thankfully - I'm still so relieved just to know that Kay is going to be alright. Things will take the time they must, whether that is shorter or longer than we'd like. Chronos is friend to no one, apparently.

Poor Kay! I guess it's understandable that she's all upset, though, she's been through something really messed up. I dunno what to do either, do the doctors say anything about it?

The doctors said they're there to look after her physical health, not mental health. I hated to repeat that just now for you.

God, what wankers. I mean, it's great what they're doing for her physically but that just sounds so cold. Do you think she'd want to talk to anyone about it, cos my friend Abby's a therapist and lovely about it. Tamm can vouch for her too. But yeah, that's just an idea.
